It is my pleasure to announce that the EasyDoser ink dispensing activities have been acquired by Vale-tech Ltd, United Kingdom.

I am very excited about the future with our new strategic partner Vale-tech Ltd, who have been a global dispensing specialist for 30 years and provide a strong technical and operational home base for the EasyDoser. Vale-tech has a solid track record in global markets for mainly mid and high volume, automated fluid, paste and liquid dispensers. The EasyDoser is a beautiful addition to the low volume segment, which completes the productrange.

The EasyDoser doubled sales in the past two years and has much more potential. De Ruiter Graphics in Heino was experiencing rapidly declining sales in printing supplies, and could no longer give the required support and capacity to EasyDoser’s global growth. With Vale-tech, the EasyDoser will have a professional and experienced home base to accelerate global growth and bring new developments to the market.

We will move the EasyDoser assembly facility from Heino to Vale-tech’s main manufacturing facility in Newmarket, UK in the coming period and plan to resume shipments from the 2nd half of September.
